Linda Durant
Owner, Licensed Massage Therapist, doTERRA Wellness Advocate
Linda completed her 720-hour massage therapy program at Bryman University in San Bernardino, CA, in 2002, where she began honing her skills in a variety of massage techniques including American, Swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular release, prenatal, infant, and hot stone massage. She has also expanded her offerings to include complementary services such as fire cupping, Gua Sha (scraping), aromatherapy, and Ionic Foot Detox, providing a holistic approach to wellness.
A highly trained practitioner, Linda is certified in Myofascial Release, having completed MFR1, MFR2, MFR Pelvis, Unwinding, and Pediatric through the John Barnes' Myofascial Release program. Her extensive experience includes working closely with chiropractors and serving in day spas, blending medical massage with spa therapy to create a comprehensive, client-centered approach.
Linda is passionate about her community and actively contributes through various roles. She has been a fundraiser for local charities and served on several boards, which currently include the Downtown Development Authority (DDA), and has chaired key committees. Her involvement reflects her dedication to giving back and supporting the growth and well-being of her community.
Her unique style is influenced by her dual background in medical and spa settings, fostering a bridge between Western and Eastern practices. This integrative approach aims to help clients achieve their therapeutic goals through a balanced combination of techniques.
In addition to her hands-on work, Linda has shared her expertise as a licensed massage instructor at Innercoast College in Riverside, CA. Her dedication and skill have earned her recognition, including being named the #1 Massage Therapist in 2017 by the Gaylord Herald Times' "Best of the Best" for Otsego County, MI and the Gaylord Area Chamber of Commerce’s 2020 Patti Dobrzelewski Volunteer of the Year award.
